It focuses on client satisfaction, personal presentation and dress, punctuality, and ethical behavior for Independently Employed Caregivers. It relies on participant reading, comprehension, self-reflection, and a final evaluation to demonstrate competency.

2. Explain examples of scenarios where caregiver professionalism is and is not demonstrated.
