Course Description: This training is developed specifically to satisfy the following:

FAC 59A-18.0081 (5)(b) Assisting with the application and removal of anti-embolism stockings and hosiery prescribed for therapeutic treatment of the legs.

Objective: Equip CNAs, and HHAs with the skills and knowledge to perform specific patient care activities as directed by a registered nurse (RN), ensuring patient safety and adherence to standard medical protocols. Specifically assisting with the application and removal of anti-embolism stockings and hosiery prescribed for therapeutic treatment of the legs.
