C-E-U.com is a stand-alone business devoted exclusively to developing and delivering affordable, accessible continuing-education (CEU) programs and technology solutions for caregivers. It is not owned by, controlled by, or financially integrated with Abby Services, Inc. The nurse-registry services delivered by Abby Services differ fundamentally from the educational services delivered by C-E-U.com; no resources, branding, client lists, or bank accounts are shared between the two companies.
Legal-Opinion Foundation
A legal opinion dated August 1 - 2025 from Attorney Shane McDonald confirms that directors of Abby Services may lawfully “enter into or engage in another similar enterprise … separate from the corporation, as long as they act in good faith and avoid interfering with the corporation’s operations”. The opinion further notes that such parallel ventures are permissible so long as they “do not conflict with their fiduciary obligations to the company”. C-E-U.com operates squarely within these parameters.
Communications & Branding
All emails, web pages, social-media posts, or promotional materials issued by C-E-U.com express only the views and commitments of C-E-U.com.
If a message concerning C-E-U.com is inadvertently sent from an Abby Services account, the sender will promptly redirect the conversation to the appropriate C-E-U.com channel.
Any reference to Abby Services appears solely for context and must not be interpreted as an endorsement, partnership, or joint venture.
Financial & Operational Separation
C-E-U.com maintains its own bank accounts, accounting records, intellectual-property assets, and technology platforms.
Abby Services’ funds, data, personnel, and infrastructure are not used to develop, market, or deliver C-E-U.com courses.
Potential overlaps or conflicts that might arise shall be promptly disclosed to Abby Services’ board and addressed in accordance with the fiduciary standards summarized above.
