C-E-U.com provides continuing education and professional educational content intended to support applicable continuing education requirements; however, learners are solely responsible for verifying course acceptance, contact hour eligibility, reporting requirements, and compliance with all applicable licensing or certification obligations within their individual jurisdiction.
References to approvals, provider relationships, reporting systems, or regulatory standards are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee acceptance by every licensing authority, employer, certification body, or jurisdiction.
Where applicable, C-E-U.com may maintain relationships, approvals, or reporting capabilities with organizations including state licensing boards, continuing education reporting systems, or regulatory agencies.
10. REFUNDS
- REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of online continuing education and immediate course access upon enrollment, refunds are generally not available once course materials, educational content, or platform access has been substantially accessed, a course has been completed, or a certificate has been issued.
If a learner experiences a verified technical-access issue that prevents reasonable participation in a purchased course, C-E-U.com may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests related to duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical-access issues should be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

C-E-U.com reserves the right to deny refund requests involving:
• completed courses;
• issued certificates;
• substantial course access or participation;
• policy abuse;
• fraudulent activity;
• chargeback abuse; or

If a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or unauthorized transaction claim is initiated after course access, completion, or certificate issuance, C-E-U.com reserves the right to suspend account access, revoke or disable certificate verification status, withhold future certificates, and restrict future purchases until the matter is resolved.
Certificates associated with disputed, reversed, refunded, or otherwise invalidated payments may be marked inactive or unverifiable within the C-E-U.com verification system.
C-E-U.com may also communicate objective certificate verification status information to requesting employers, agencies, registries, credentialing organizations, or third-party verification entities when reasonably necessary to confirm whether a certificate remains valid within the C-E-U.com system.
11. NO SPAM POLICY
C-E-U.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding spam, unsolicited bulk communications, abusive messaging practices, or unauthorized marketing activity conducted through or in connection with the Service.
Users may not use C-E-U.com systems, communication tools, educational records, bulk registration features, or contact information to distribute unsolicited, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized communications.
C-E-U.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with spam activity, misuse of communication systems, abusive bulk messaging, fraudulent registrations, or violations of applicable communication laws or regulations.

13. CE-BROKER SERVICE
Where applicable, C-E-U.com may report completed continuing education activities to third-party reporting systems, state-authorized continuing education tracking systems, licensing boards, or related regulatory platforms.
For eligible Florida-licensed professions, C-E-U.com may electronically report qualifying continuing education completions to CE Broker or other applicable reporting systems.
Learners are responsible for maintaining accurate registration, licensing, and identifying information necessary for continuing education reporting and certificate issuance.
C-E-U.com is not responsible for reporting delays, failures, or inaccuracies resulting from:
• incorrect or incomplete learner information;
• external reporting-system interruptions;
• licensing mismatches;
• state-system processing delays; or
• circumstances outside the reasonable control of C-E-U.com.
Learners remain responsible for verifying continuing education reporting, renewal compliance, and applicable licensing requirements with their individual licensing authority.
14. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All content and materials available through C-E-U.com, including but not limited to educational materials, course content, quizzes, certificates, text, graphics, logos, videos, software, documents, designs, and related materials, are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.
C-E-U.com and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and educational materials unless otherwise expressly stated.
Users may access, download, or print educational materials solely for their own personal, non-commercial continuing education use.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, share, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit C-E-U.com content or educational materials without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of educational materials, certificates, reporting systems, logos, or proprietary content may result in suspension of access, certificate revocation where appropriate, legal action, or other enforcement measures.

C-E-U.com reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or discontinue these Terms of Service, policies, educational offerings, platform features, or related services at any time, with or without prior notice, as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, educational, regulatory, or business purposes.

Bulk Registration and Communication Tools
Certain account holders, organizations, employers, educational partners, or administrative users may be provided access to tools allowing the registration of multiple learners or the sending of email or SMS communications related to educational participation, reminders, enrollment, or course access (“Bulk Tools”).
Users utilizing Bulk Tools are solely responsible for their use of such tools and for all communications sent through or in connection with them.
Users utilizing Bulk Tools represent and warrant that they:
• possess all required consent, authorization, or legal authority necessary to contact recipients;
• will comply with applicable communication, privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA where applicable;
• will not contact individuals who have opted out, unsubscribed, withdrawn consent, or otherwise requested not to receive communications; and
• will not use Bulk Tools for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized communications.
C-E-U.com does not verify recipient consent and does not monitor or approve the content of communications sent through Bulk Tools. Provision of Bulk Tools does not constitute endorsement of any communication, organization, sender, or recipient relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, C-E-U.com is not responsible for claims, damages, fines, penalties, disputes, delivery failures, carrier issues, consent disputes, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of Bulk Tools by users or third parties.
Without limiting Section 7 (Indemnification), users agree to indemnify and hold harmless C-E-U.com and its affiliates, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of Bulk Tools or violations of this section.
C-E-U.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Bulk Tools or related account features in cases involving suspected misuse, spam activity, fraudulent activity, legal/compliance concerns, policy violations, or activities that may impair the integrity or operation of the Service.
