We have a 2-step registration & payment process.
First: register your account.
Second: choose the course or course bundle you wish to pay for.
Occasionally users have registered multiple accounts with different emails not realizing they paid for the courses using a different email account. If you think this may be the case, please contact us and we will be sure to help.
1. Download Button - Shows immediately upon successful completion of a course.
2. Email - An email is sent immediately upon successful completion of a course. Please check your spam folder.
3. Your Account Page - Log in, then go to the Your Account page. Then under the Completed Courses section there is an option to either view/print or Download your certificate. See below:
In rare cases, a duplicate payment may occur when purchasing a bundle. If you believe you were charged more than once, please contact us and we will gladly review the charge and issue a refund if applicable.
Refund Policy — If you have purchased a plan and have not accessed or completed any courses, you are eligible for a refund upon request. However, if our records show that any course content has been accessed under your plan, we are unable to issue a refund.
